We visit clients' homes, evaluate and appraise their household items, antiques and collectibles, identify any hidden treasures they didn't realize they had, help them understand the value of their personal property, and where best to sell it before they are taken advantage of. And before they sell too cheaply.

We can handle the packing, oversee the move & final cleanout, and list items on eBay and Craigslist as well. We specialize in helping distant family members close-out a home.

Our Home Downsizing Presentations are available to area groups and civic organizations, and we would be happy to make a brief presentation about our services to your Real Estate Office's Sales Meeting or venue of your choice. We work only with Personal Property, not the Real Estate. We are Consultants only, and we do not buy.
