Description
This summer session, RYAH Yoga and Health is offering a community yoga class for adults, children and families of all levels. For moms and dads who are looking for an activity to share with their children now that school is out or adults who want to try out a different workout, this is the perfect opportunity to experience something new. This class is ongoing at RYAH every Tuesday, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. The cost to attend for non members is $8 and is open to children over ten years old and adults of all ages.
